The Project

We engaged our design, optimization and metrics team to assess the situation, as the email had already been in the market for 2+ years and we did not know how much additional lift could be achieved. Working with the internal team, we developed several theories on improving the email’s response rate. Then, through a series of A/B test on various emails, put the program into effect.


We achieved a double-digit lift on a specific email, in addition to amassing valuable other learnings for our client.
